Returns
You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
Proof of purchase is required (such as your order number or receipt).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at with your order details and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. Final sale items are also not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund once we verify the issue.
